Odisha Knowledge Corporation Ltd. (OKCL) conducted a two day training programme for all its District Lead Centres and entrepreneurs at its office premises in Bhubaneswar. Held on 1st and 2nd September 2016, the programme included talks by Prof. Fr S. George of XLRI, Jamshedpur, on Leadership and Soft Skills.
Various assessments based on MBTI, Personality style, Conflict management strategy, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation, Maximising Resources, Emotional Intelligence, etc, were also part of this two day programme.
