The World youth skills day was observed on 15th July 2016 with a firm resolution to empower the young and move towards peace, development and human rights for all. To celebrate the occasion, OKCL conducted a free e-Test at all its Authorised Learning Centres (ALCs) across Odisha from 15th-21st July 2016. The e-Test was based on general knowledge about India. About 2155 candidates registered for exam out of which 1457 candidates came out with flying colours. The e-Test was a successful step towards nurturing computer literacy in every nook and corner of the state. OKCL congratulates all the lucky participants!
District wise World Youth Skills Day e-TEST Participants
A state-wide e-test conducted by OKCL to celebrate Utkal Diwas has met with resounding success. More than 2200 candidates simultaneously visited the 760 Authorised Learning Centres in Odisha to appear for the online test. The e-test was based on general knowledge about Odisha and was aimed to bridge the digital gap between the people and the computer and to create awareness about the online testing methods. The results were declared here in the official marketing blog of OKCL. The names of the participants in each district was also featured in this list. The participants certificates have been dispatched to all the centres and the candidates are requested to collect the same from their respective centres.

e-Vidyalaya project was inaugurated by Hon’ble CM SJ. Naveen Patnaik through Video Conferencing on 13th February, 2014. e-Vidyalaya includes implementation of ICT Lab in 4000 schools of Odisha in 1st phase and in 2000 schools more in 2nd phase. Hon’ble CM inaugurated the session by playing the inauguration video and interacting with teachers and students, of one of the 4000 schools, through Video Conferencing.
